Purchase terms
We use Klarna as the supplier of our checkout. This means that we may share your personal data such as contact details and order information with Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna can handle your purchase. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarnas own datasprotection information.
A fee of SEK 150 is charged for all packages that are not picked up. The fee corresponds to the costs of shipping fee, return shipping and handling
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order from us. The applicable price picture is the one indicated on the day you place the order. The VAT and any shipping costs are reported before you confirm the purchase.
Unclaimed packages
A fee of SEK 150 is charged for all packages that are not picked up. The fee corresponds to the costs of shipping, return shipping and handling. Payment terms are 30 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 plus late payment interest and, if applicable, collection costs. If you changed your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package at your drop-off point and send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it is automatically registered as not collected and charged accordingly.
Return and Right of Cancellation
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs. Remember not to leave the old address card behind, as there may be a risk that you will receive the package back yourself. We recommend Rec. letter so that the package is trackable, in the event that the package does not arrive, it is you as the customer who must prove that it has been sent.
If the item is damaged or lost when you return it on your own initiative, you as the sender are responsible for paying for the goods. We therefore recommend that you pack the shipment carefully in original packaging or equivalent packing material. In addition, the goods should be insured and sent as a trackable shipment on return.
Security
ORRLING jewels reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
In order to increase our customers' security when purchasing from us, we have, in consultation with our security expert, decided to introduce the following routines to increase security when purchasing.
- Our internal security system warns if an order is suspected of being fraudulent. The security system is based on a number of different parameters that have been set up by our security expert and our other partners.
- If the security system kicks in, we choose not to deliver the current order. Sometimes this means that an order is stopped even though it is not a fraud. We hope that you as a customer will be lenient with this as it concerns your safety.
- All suspected fraud is reported to the police and the matter is then handed over to our security partner for further follow-up.
Use of personal data
Through your registration and/or order, you consent to ORRLING jewels and its related companies storing and using information about your purchases and the contact information you provide. The data is stored and used so that we can fulfill our commitments to you and better satisfy your needs as a customer and provide you with better service, including by making the website as personal as possible. The data is also stored and used for information and marketing purposes. This means that ORRLING jewels and its related companies may, unless you object to it in writing, use your personal data to contact you via e-mail with newsletters, as well as for sending offers from ORRLING jewels' cooperation partners, by SMS, e-mail or other direct mail, direct marketing or market research.
We treat your personal data with the utmost care and guarantee that your customer data is only used by ORRLING jewels and its related companies. ORRLING jewels and its related companies will not, without your consent, pass on information about you other than if this complies with legislation, if it is required in connection with your ordering a product or service or if ORRLING jewels considers it necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of ORRLING jewels and its related companies.
Order confirmation
When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail as soon as possible with information about your order. Make it a habit to always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK, should there be anything you wonder about, contact our customer service immediately. It is good if you save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of any contacts with customer service. When you contact us, it is good if you have the customer number/order number noted down. If you want to cancel or change something in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. As our deliveries take place as soon as we can, it is unfortunately not always possible for us to change the order, but we are happy to check if it is possible!
Sales and offers
The prices on sale items and other offers are valid as long as the item is in stock if no end date for the offer is specified.
We reserve the right for final sales and for stocking with our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that one of the goods that you ordered is backlisted. This is then due to the product not being in stock or the delivery being delayed. An email will then be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you want to cancel your remaining quotation or if you have questions about delivery times etc.
Guarantees
Of course, you have the usual guarantees that are on the goods you buy from us. We follow the rules covered by the Consumer Purchase Act. See www.konsumentverket.se for more information. These warranty conditions apply in Sweden.
