RINGS
TO CHOOSE A RING BY MEASURING YOUR FINGER
Measure your finger in the evening when the near finger is at room temperature. Do not measure your finger when it is extra hot or cold. Remember that the hands differ in size; a ring worn on one of the fingers of the left hand will not fit perfectly on the same finger on the right hand. Make sure that the size you have chosen leaves room for the ring to easily slide the entire length of the upper finger and consider the size of the knuckle. PRINTING OPTIONS
For best results, go to "Print Options" before printing and make sure the "Page Scaling" option in the print dialog is set to "zero". Orrling Wrist Sizer must be printed on a full size page (A4) To check that the wrist sizer has been written correctly, use a ruler to measure the sample in pdf, it should measure exactly 40 mm.

• Cut out the Wrist Sizer paper and follow the instructions below.
• Make sure the numbers are on the outside of the paper's Wrist Sizer and insert the pointed end notch you cut at the other end specified [cut here]. Place your hand through the Wrist Sizer and pull on the pointed end until it sits comfortably on your wrist.
• The number that is in line with the edge of the slot is your wrist size.
• You can also use a measuring tape; or if you do not have one, use a small piece of ribbon or rope. Wrap it around the wrist and measure the length with a ruler. Note that the wrist measurement is only a guiding guide and may therefore not be an exact measurement.
